About project
In a school caught up in reforms, changes, and challenges, there isn't always time to deeply reflect on the psychological needs of both staff and students. However, pondering the process of reintegrating and rebuilding classrooms, addressing various stages of group integration, and considering daily care and long-term rituals to cultivate strong relationships are crucial components of establishing an intercultural school where many individuals need to collaborate and learn. It's valuable to explore classroom-building tools that foster mutual understanding, create space for genuine cooperation, and overcome communication barriers. It's advisable to opt for methods that introduce relaxation, freedom, and playfulness to alleviate the stress of adaptation, an experience likely shared by all parties suddenly immersed in multicultural contexts.
The 'Reintegration' project was conceived to aid teachers and students in this journey by offering a set of straightforward integration tools ready to be implemented in any classroom. Games serve as an ideal means to create optimal conditions for group dynamics and individual support. During informal, unstructured play, numerous pedagogical, educational, and psychological objectives can be achieved while simultaneously providing rest and relaxation.
